Trust advised Privanet Group Oyj in the acquisition of Northern Star Partners Oy

Trust team, led by partner Anne-Marie Malmberg with the support of associate Anssi Ihatsu, advised Privanet Group Oyj in the acquisition of Northern Star Partners Oy.

According to the company announcement, Northern Star Partners Oy is a Finnish company offering investment services under permission granted by the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Financial Supervision Authority for the acquisition.

As a result of the acquisition Privanet Group Oyj’s offering will extend to asset management and offering of a UCITS fund called Global Dynamic Opportunities 10+ to its clients.

In the transaction, key sellers in the transaction will establish a new company to continue Northern Star Partners Oy’s business related to NS Quant Fund and related strategy.
