Alexander Nadmitov, Co-Managing Partner
Alexander has gained significant experience in advising on complex corporate and finance transactions, where he represented banks, borrowers, buyers and sellers. Mr. Nadmitov also regularly represents various parties in litigation and international arbitration matters.
Prior to establishing Nadmitov & Partners, Mr. Nadmitov was a partner with a Russian law firm. Before that Alexander worked as an associate in corporate, banking and dispute resolution departments of leading international law firms, started legal career as an associate in a litigation department of a Russian law firm in 1999.
Alexander Nadmitov also serves as legal counsel and executive secretary to Harvard Club of Russia since July 2009.
