The Nature of Our Legal Practice
What sets us apart from the other law firms is our focus only on the most demanding Banking & Finance and M&A advisory work. We focus all our efforts solely on the excellence of our core competences Banking & Finance and M&A. We have especially strong links to prominent international firms which also gives us a great view on the most demanding international clients.
We are a small firm by choice and serve only a limited number of valued clients. We are a niche practice. In addition to transactional work, we provide advice to a limited number of selected clients in their most sensitive, business-critical legal matters. Our primary clients are international financial firms, banks, specialist funds, small high growth companies and foreign law firms.
We are members of the Finnish Bar Association and have offices in Helsinki (visiting address: Mannerheimintie 12 B) and Hämeenlinna (Vankanlähde 7).
